Founder
Rajesh Jain, a Chartered Accountant with an all India rank, is the founder of VT Capital. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial markets. He has been a keen entrepreneur throughout. He loves travelling and is a firm believer in good fitness.
Dhiraj Bhutoria
Director
Dhiraj Bhutoria is a Chartered Accountant with all India ranks across all the three levels, CS, & Cleared CFA L2. Graduated from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Co-founded VT Capital in 2011. Prior to this, he held senior positions at ICICI Bank & Edelweiss in the Treasury Department.
Vaibhav Jain
Director
B. Com graduated from Narsee Monjee, Mumbai.Vaibhav Jain, CFA, joined Edelweiss Proprietary Trading desk post his graduation. He has more than a decade of experience in trading currencies, options, designing quantitative trading models and manages the equity book. He joined VT Capital in 2013 and mentors traders across all asset classes. He loves to travel and read books on financial markets.
Neeraj Khaitan
Vice-President
Neeraj Khaitan graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata & qualified in all the levels of CFA-US. Post qualifying CA in May, 2011, he started his career with ITC Ltd. in the field of corporate treasury managing foreign currency risk for the company and its subsidiaries. He joined VT Capital in 2016 where he broadened his focus to Equity derivatives trading and Fundamental trading research. Playing cricket and badminton is his zen.
Rakesh Jain
Executive Director
Joined VT Capital in 2018 as a part of the trading desk. He started his career with Asian Paints in 2003 and held senior positions in treasury departments at companies like ICICI Bank Ltd and MUFG Bank in Mumbai. He completed his graduation from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata and is also a Chartered Accountant, CFA and FRM. An avid reader of fiction and nonfiction, he likes travelling.
Harsh Bohra, CFA
Senior Research Analyst
Harsh Bohra has completed all levels of CFA and joined VT Capital driven by his passion for equity markets. Joined in 2019, he is currently looking after the fundamental analysis of Oil & Gas, cement and other energy related companies. He is a cricket enthusiast and enjoys networking.
Sumit Bagaria
Senior Research Analyst
Sumit Bagaria joined VT Capital in 2018 as a Fundamental Analyst. He is a CFA Level-3 candidate and has cleared CA-IPCC. Sumit currently looks after the Fundamental Research team and has a tight grip over the financials and banking sector.
Priyam Tibrewal
Technical Analyst
Priyam Tibrewal joined VT Capital Market Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 as a Technical Analysis Associate. He has been a technical analyst for the past 7 years and believes in finding trades with a low risk – high rewards perspective. A curious mind with a craving for fitness would be the best way to define Priyam.

Isha is a finance graduate from JD Birla Institute (Department of Management). She embarked on her journey as an independent research analyst and joined VT Capital in 2021. She is currently covering specialty and agrochemicals sector. She is always keen to learn new things and expand her mindset. Having passion for dancing, cooking and reading.
